Hand wash with a neutral soap such as Marseille soap or in a machine at 30° without spinning!

-Take out the inner envelope of Sacasalades to wash and let the 2 envelopes dry separately.

-Soak white cotton in sodium percarbonate diluted in hot water to remove chlorophyll stains and whiten it before washing.
